The Heart Behind the Glow—Meet Jerin Anto

Hello! I’m Jerin Anto, Founder of Tinker Glow STEM Learning Centre.

I’m an Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate, but my journey has never been just about circuits and technology. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about understanding how things work and, more importantly, helping others discover the joy of learning.

Over the years, I’ve worked in engineering, digital marketing, and education. Each experience taught me something valuable, but one question stayed with me:

“What if children could learn science by doing instead of just memorizing?”

That question became the foundation of Tinker Glow.

I started Tinker Glow with a simple vision: to create a place where children can explore, experiment, make mistakes, solve problems, and build confidence through hands-on STEM learning.

What makes me happiest isn’t seeing a perfect project. It’s watching a child turn an idea into reality. When something doesn’t work the first time, I encourage them to think, test, improve, and try again. Those moments teach resilience, creativity, and problem-solving, skills that last far beyond the classroom.

At Tinker Glow, we don’t rely on ready-made kits. Every project begins with a child’s own imagination. I believe children learn best when they ask questions, discover answers themselves, and proudly say, “I built this!”

As a STEM educator, my goal is not simply to teach electronics or science. My goal is to help every child become a confident thinker, a curious learner, and a creative problem-solver who is ready for the future.
